William Forest Sparrow William Forest Sparrow, age 74, 3200 Gentry Lane, Danville, husband of Mary Jane Fields Sparrow, died Monday, June 20, 2005 at his residence in Danville. Born October 3, 1930 in Lawrenceburg, KY, he was the son of the late Gilbert and Ruth (Casey) Sparrow. He was married to Mary Jane Fields. He served in the Air Force during the Korean war. He was the owner of Greenleaf Plant Foods, Danville and co-owner of Sparrow Farm Service in Shelbyville. He was a member of the Indian Hills Christian Church, Danville. Survivors in addition to his wife: Mary Jane (Fields) Sparrow are; one daughter: Sarah (Chris) Kehrt of Harrodsburg, KY and one son: Stephen (Tiffany) Sparrow of Danville, KY; two brothers: Bob (Rayma) Sparrow of Shelbyville, KY, Bert (Connie) Sparrow of Louisville, KY; four Grandchildren, Benjamin and Ellen Sparrow, Katharine and Erika Kehrtp; two Step Grandchildren, John Ross and Conner Hopkins. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 22 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Odis Clark and Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Joe Sparrow, John Sparrow, Bobby Million, Kevin Fields, Jim Fields and Joe White. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 21 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Wednesday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be sent to Indian Hills Christian Church Building Fund. .
