Debbie P. Hurst, 45, 468 N. Main St., Harrodsburg, wife of Dalton Hurst, died Wednesday, August 3, 2005 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital.

Born December 6, 1959 in Elgin, IL, she was the daughter of the late Tommy Dale Pike and Jane Ann Canter Moss of Mercer Co.

She was a member of Freedom Baptist Church, Anderson County.

Additional survivors include: her step father, J. T. Moss, Mercer County; one daughter, Brandy (Scott) Hurst, Harrodsburg; one son, Kipp Hurst, Harrodsburg; one sister, Barbara Pike Key of Adair County; one step brother, Gary Moss, Frankfort; two step sisters, Brenda Vernia, Corydon, IN and Renee Moss, Frankfort.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Dwight Dale Pike, and a sister, Pamela Sue Flannery.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 6, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Bobby Logue and Scott Hurst. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Gary and Darrell Dearing, Logan Woods, Taylor Elliott, Jeff Gullett, and Roland Arnold, Jr.. Honorary bearers will be Keith Currens and Brad Hurst.

Visitation will be Friday, after 5:00 p.m. and Saturday prior to service at the chapel.
