Gaetano Tom Geraci, age 81, 731 E. Lexington St., Harrodsburg, died Saturday, August 13, 2005 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born January 26, 1924 in Sicily, , he was the son of the late Santo and Orsola (Isgro) Geraci. Gaetano was married to Alfia Christina Occhiuto. He was a retired Quality Control Mgr. at Cricketeer Mfg. Co. and was a member of the St. Andrew Catholic Church.
Survivors include: his wife: Alfia Christina (Occhiuto) Geraci, one daughter: Ursola (Jack) Rose of Lexington, KY; and three sons: Sandy (Maria) Geraci of Cleveland, OH, Carmen (Julie) Geraci of Lexington, KY, Joseph (Jenny) Geraci of Louisville, KY; two sisters: Anna Colosi of NY, Nicholina Bruccoleri of NJ; Grandchildren, Tommy, Jimmy and Isabella Geraci; Josie and Mia Rose.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 11:00 am at St. Andrew Catholic Church, by Father Joseph Muench and entombment will be in the Bluegrass Memorial Gardens, Jessamine County, KY.
Pallbearers are: Sandy Geraci, Joseph Geraci, Jack Rose, Tommy Geraci, Jimmy Geraci, Carmen Geraci, Dominick Bruccoleri, .
Visitation will be Monday, (August 15) 5-8 PM. and Tuesday prior to Service at St. Andrew Catholic Church. Ransdell Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
