Dorothy Sue “Susie” Cinnamon, age 76, 393 McCouns Ferry Rd., Salvisa, died Friday, August 26, 2005 at Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born February 3, 1929 in Clark County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Thomas Hartsock and Sally Carrie (Lunsford) Hazelwood and the widow of Kenneth A. Cinnamon. She was a cashier at Family Affair Restaurant and a member of the Salvisa Baptist Church. Survivors include: three daughters: Susan Kay (Ronnie) Robertson of Salvisa, KY, Kathy (Gordon) Scott of Salvisa, KY, Kim (Eric) Yeast of Harrodsburg, KY; and one son: Wayne Cinnamon of Salvisa, KY; two sisters: Donna Gash of Harrodsburg, KY, Linda Lou Sheperson of Harrodsburg, KY and two brothers: Carl Hazelwood of Salvisa, KY, Howard Hazelwood of Frankfort, KY; Eight Grandchildren, Two Great Grandchidren, Several Nieces And Nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers: Tommy and Kenny Hazelwood. Funeral services will be held 02:00 PM, 8/30/2005, at Salvisa Baptist Church by Jason Clark. Burial will be in the Kirkwood Cemetery, Salvisa. Pallbearers are: Fred Alexander, Joe Don Denny, John Alvin Goodlett, Tommy Egbert, Gene Cinnamon, Walter Warford, Gerald Sheperson, Carroll Sanford and Charlie Reeves. Honorary Bearers: Staff and Friends of Family Affair Restaurant. Visitation will be Monday, August 29 after 3:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. and Tuesday 10:00 AM until the hour of service at Salvisa Baptist Church Memorial contributions may be sent to Salvisa Baptist Church, 138 Kirkwood Road, Salvisa, KY 40372
