Gary Eugene Bagwell Gary Eugene Bagwell, age 60, 1007 Riverside Drive, Harrodsburg, died Sunday, October 9, 2005 at Haggin Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born January 25, 1945 in Harriman, TN, he was the son of the late Luther Alexander and Dora Jane (Futrell) Bagwell. He was a US Army Veteran. He was a Gospel Preacher and member of The Harrodsburg Church of Christ. He previously served as preacher at the following churches: West Main Street Church of Christ, Newark, OH, Lakeview Church of Christ, Rossville, GA, Lafayette Church of Christ, Indianapolis, IN, Salem Church of Christ, Salem, OH., Kenwood Church of Christ, Louisville, KY, and the Beaver Dam Church of Christ, Beaver Dam, KY Survivors include: his wife Phyllis Ann (Smith) Bagwell and one daughter Melissa Anne Bagwell both of Harrodsburg. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, October 12th at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Weldon Warnock and Ryan Knight. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg with military rites. Pallbearers are: Ryan Knight, Phil Foster, Ryan Foster, Jeremy Little, Buddy Shirley, and Duane Hall. Honorary bearers are: Jack Freeman, Chester Gabhart, Donnie Pinkston, Bruce Parrott, Todd Thompson and Genie Sims Visitation will be Tuesday, October 11th from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. and Wednesday prior to the service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel Memorial contributions may be sent to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 198 (c/o Lou Bugg), Burgin, KY 40310
