Mae J. Smith
Mae J. Smith, age 89, 1070 Warwick Road, Harrodsburg, died Sunday, November 13, 2005 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Ctr., Harrodsburg, KY.
Born February 19, 1916 in Mercer County, KY, she was the daughter of the late James and Carie (Lawson) Hart. She was a retired employee of Brown And Williams Tobacco Co. and a member of the Harrodsburg Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two daughters: Ann (Hassel) Huffman and Bessie (Hurshel) Votaw both of Harrodsburg, KY; one brother: James Hart of Richmond, KY; 3 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. She was predeceased by three sisters: Madge Ross, Eunice McCrystal and Pauline Messer.
Graveside services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Tuesday, November 15 at the Spring Hill Cemetery by Bro. Jim Owens.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 15 from 9-10 AM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Carpenter´s Christian Church.
