Della Byrd, age 79, McGoffin St., Harrodsburg, widow Roscoe Byrd, died Thursday, December 22, 2005 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born August 1, 1926 in Russell Springs, KY, she was the daughter of the late James and Susie (Luttrell) Bernard. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church. Survivors include: , three daughters: Sara Elizabeth Libby Abner of Harrodsburg, KY, Billie Sue Luttrell of Madison, FL, Anna Jean Oster of Danville, KY and two sons: Elwood Lee Byrd of Harrodsburg, KY, Clarence William Byrd of Harrodsburg, KY; Grandchildren, Fourteen (14) ; Great Grandchildren, Eight (8) . Predeceased by two sons: James Earl Byrd, Ronnie Eugene Byrd, two brothers: Vernon and Delworth Bernard, one sister: Sarah Jane Sexton, and One (1) grandchild.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 27 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by James Harley and Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Jeff Oster, Chris Oster, Zack Wiley, Ralphie Byrd, Chris Reynolds, William Baker, Hardin Sparkie Green, David Rosenbaum.
Honorary Bearer: Cory Robinson
Visitation will be Monday, December 26 from 4-7 PM and Tuesday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
