Ralph “Mousey” Sanders, Jr., age 77, formerly of Louisville Road, Salvisa, died Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at Harrodsburg Health Care Center, Harrodsburg, KY.

Born April 29, 1928 in Mercer County, KY, he was the son of the late Ralph and Rosa Mae (Newby) Sanders. He was a retired farmer and former employee of the A.R. Brown Store at Mayo. Mr. Sanders attended Fairview School, was an avid Centre College Basketball fan, and was a member of the Mt. Hebron Methodist Church.

Survivors include: one cousin, Linda Christerson of Mercer Co.; two special friends, Kelly Bugg and Bernice Ward, both of Salvisa, KY.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Friday, March 17, 2006 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Hopewell Baptist Cemetery, Harrodsburg.

Visitation will be Thursday, March 16 after 4:00 PM and Friday after 7:30 AM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.

Bearers are Garland Hoskins, Tommy, James, and John Alvin Goodlett, Bobby Christerson, and Jerry Wilson.
