Nicholas Edward Carter, age 21, 1753 Mackville Rd., Harrodsburg, died Sunday, March 19, 2006 in Harrodsburg, KY.
Born October 1, 1984 in the Phillippine Isles, he was the son of Jerry D. and Jo Lynn (Coffman) Preston, Mercer Co.. He was a Salesman for J. T. Enterprises and was a member of the Harrodsburg united Methodist Church.
Survivors other than his parents include: one sister, Amberlee Voris, Harrodsburg, KY; one brother, Jeremy Watts, Harrodsburg, KY; maternal grandparents, Ed & Helen Coffman, Harrodsburg, KY; maternal great grandmother, Elsie Pinkston, Harrodsburg, KY; fiancee, Staci Wilham, Harrodsburg, KY.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Thursday, March 23, 2006 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are Dustin Mobley, Chris Barkman, Jonathan Burns, Miles Jackson, Michael Van Gilder, Dustin Morris, Zac McNutt, Stuart Warren.
Visitation will be at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel Wednesday, March 22 from 5 - 9 PM and Thursday prior to service.
