Michael Thomas Sanders Michael Thomas Sanders, age 35, 112 Ellen Ct., Georgetown, died Tuesday, June 6, 2006. Born September 20, 1970 in Lexington, KY, he was the son of John David Sanders, Harrodsburg, KY and Judy Naumann, Danville, KY and was the husband of Heather Leigh Barron, Georgetown. He was a member and Youth Minister of Faith Baptist Church in Georgetown, KY. Survivors other than his parents and his wife include: a step-mother, Susanne Sanders, Harrodsburg; a step-father, Frank Naumann, Danville; a maternal grandmother, Betty Watts, Harrodsburg; two sisters, Jennifer Prewitt & Rebecca Sanders; three step brothers, Britt Craddock, Greg and Eric Nauman. He was preceded in death by three grandparents: Wayne Watts, Byford Sanders, and Ruth Sanders. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Saturday, June 10, 2006 at the Harrodsburg Baptist Church by Bob Baker and Bob Fox. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are Jeremy Colliver, Michael D. Baker, Cody Davidson, David Karsner, Kevin Jasper, John Huang, Bud Ratliff, & Danny Russell. Visitation will be 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Friday, June 9 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY and after 9:00 AM Saturday at the Church. Memorial contributions may be sent to: Baptist Seminary of KY 631 S. Limestone Lexington, KY 40508 or Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Bluegrass, Scott Co 1122 Oak Hill Drive Lexington, KY 40505. Ransdell Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
