Earl C. Majeske, age 84, Dixie Manor, Harrodsburg, husband Susie Majeske, died Monday, August 28, 2006 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Ctr., Harrodsburg, KY.

Born November 9, 1921 in Bay City, MI, he was the son of the late Fredrick Owen and Harriett (Witzke) Majeske, and widower of Rebecca Shinkle. He served during World War II in the Army and graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1956. He was a consulting geologist and a member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include: his wife: Susie Majeske, four daughters: Suzanne Majeske (Dennis) Reinbold of Lowell, MI, Barbara Jo (Daniel) McGuire of Mt. Pleasant, MI, Patricia (Paul Mark) Burberry of Harrodsburg, KY, Elizabeth Ellen (Russell) Fimbinger of Marion, MI; two sisters: Gerry Ballor of Bay City, MI, Pearl Sherman of Westbranch, MI; and one brother: Don Majeske of AnnArbor; Eleven (11) Grandchildren, ; One (1) Great Grandchild.

Funeral services will be conducted 1 pm, Thursday, August 31 at the Mt Pleasant Presbyterian Church by Derek Baker and Pat McIntyre. Burial will be in the Mt Pleasant Presbyterian Cemetery, Harrodsburg.

Pallbearers are his Grandchildren.

Visitation will be Wednesday, August 30 from 5 to 8 PM and Thursday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel and from Noon until service at the Church.
