Doris Reece, age 83, Harrodsburg, died Thursday, October 26, 2006 at , Harrodsburg, KY.
Born September 1, 1923 in Salvisa, KY, she was the daughter of the late Granville Elmore and Gladys E. (Crossfield) Dean and the widow of Audley Reece. She was a retired employee of the Toledo Steel Co. and a member of the Magnolia Street Christian Church.
Survivors include: five sisters: Maxine (Billy) Taylor of Harrodsburg, KY, Janice (I. C. ) Phillips of Harrodsburg, KY, Rita (Richard) Cerrato of Harrodsburg, KY, Bruce Lee Dunn of Lexington, KY, Joyce Sturgeon of Louisville, KY and one brother: Robert (Ester) Dean of Lakewood, CA, and several Nieces And Nephews.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Monday, October 30, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Matthew Atha and John David Lane. Burial will be in the Ebenezer Cemetery, Salvisa.
Pallbearers are: Larry Phillips, Gary Dean, Mark Dean, Todd Taylor, Travis Taylor, Dean Sturgeon, Ricky Hollingsworth and Stephen Dean.
Honorary Bearers: Gene Newman, Barbara Selby, Renee Lange, Tina Eldridge, and Deborah Garrett.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 29 after 5:00 PM. and Monday prior to Service at Funeral Chapel
