Obituary of Helen Robinson

Helen Robinson, age 64, of Salvisa, widow of William E. “Ras” Robinson, died Monday, October 30, 2006 at the Central Baptist Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born May 18, 1942 in Boyle County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Roy E. and Lela D (Holt) Robinson. She was a retired seamstress from Cricketeer Mfg. Co. and a member of the Salvisa Baptist Church. Helen volunteered for several years with the American Cancer Society. Survivors include: , two sons: Michael Todd Robinson of Lawrenceburg, KY, Roy Lynn Robinson of Salvisa, KY; 2 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild two sisters: Barbara Stratton of Lawrenceburg, KY, Linda Wright of Harrodsburg, KY; and one brother: Lillard Robinson of Lawrenceburg, KY; Adopted Son, Robert “Bobby” Willard; three Brothers-in-law, Clifford Wright and James ”Red” Robinson both of Harrodsburg, KY and Rayford Robinson of Louisville, KY; two Sisters-in-Law, Lyda Robinson and Nancy Robinson both of Salvisa, KY; Best Friend, Mary Dennison of Harrodsburg, KY and Several Neices & Nephews. She was predeceased by a sister; Margaret Robinson Zeliff. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Thursday, November 2 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Jason Clark and Larry Koch with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Danny Robinson, Jimmy Stratton, Ricky Bast, Todd Stevens, Tracy Sipes and Greg Atchison. Honorary Bearers are: Clifford Wright, Bobby Ross, Phillip Young, Jim “Red” Robinson, Rayford Robinson, Chuck Dixon, Greg Land andDavid Wayne Johnson Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1 after 5:00 PM and Thursday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
