Frances Draffen Wickliffe, age 82, Wickliff Road, Harrodsburg, died Thursday, November 2, 2006 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born November 10, 1923 in Anderson County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Errol and Marzette Gudgell Draffen. She was one of the first Female Attorneys to graduate from the University of Kentucky Law School and a member of the Harrodsburg United Presbyterian Church.
Survivors include: a daughter: Christine W. Spragens of Marco Island, FL and a son: William B. (Gwen) Wickliffe of Harrodsburg, KY; Special Companion, Edsel H. Brown of Harrodsburg, KY; Granddaughter, Amy D. Wickliffe of Lexington, KY; Grandson, John A. Wickliffe of Harrodsburg, KY.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Monday, November 6 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Ken Klemme with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Keith Batterton, Nick Dedman, Stan Kerrick, John Wickliffe, Charlie Noel, Dan Culton and Roy Brown.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 5 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Monday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
