Obituary of Everett E. Whitenack

Everett E. Whitenack, age 83, Bruners Chapel Road, Harrodsburg, widower husband of Beatrice Bea Settles Whitenack, died Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born May 22, 1923 in Mercer County, KY, he was the son of the late John H. and Grace (Chilton) Whitenack. He served during World War II in the Marine Corps. He was a farmer and a long time member of the Bruners Chapel Baptist Church where he was in the Senior Citizen Sunday School Class. Everett was also a member of the VFW and the Chapel Hill Quartett.
Survivors include: four daughters: Rachel Anne Byers of Winter Park, FL, Debra (Brent) Steele, Judy Carol (Gayle) Johnson and Teresa Gale (Albert) Million all of Harrodsburg, KY; three sisters: Martha Sue Mayes and Ann Sims both of Harrodsburg, KY and Wyonna Chew of CA; one brother: J.H. Whitenack of Harrodsburg; Eight Grandchildren and Three Great Grandchildren . He was predeceased by a brother: Edwin Whitnack and two sisters: Caroline Whitenack andGlendon Whitenack.
Graveside Services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Saturday, November 18 at the Spring Hill Cemetery by Don Reed and Eddie Ray Horn.
Pallbearers are: Allen Whitenack, Alex Whitenack, David Whitenack, Donnie Tyler, Eddie Horn, Darren Jaggers. Honorary Bearers are: Audrey Devine, Lynette McKinney, Leslye Johnson, Brooke Moore, Brittney Wooldridge, Brandi Wooldridge, Kirsten Byers, Keith Byers Jr., Kayla Peach, Brantley McKinney and Bayleigh Moore.
Visitation will be Friday, November 17 after 5:00 PM and Saturday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Bruner's Chapel Baptist Church, Cemetery Fund or the Mercer County FFA.
