Russell Lee Curtsinger, age 89, 705 Beaumont Ave., Harrodsburg, husband of Nancy Bugg Stratton Curtsinger and widower of Ann Browning Curtsinger, died Friday, December 29, 2006 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY. Born November 11, 1917 in Casey Co., KY, he was the son of the late John Henderson and Hattie Lee (Guthrie) Curtsinger. He was a retired auto body repairman, and had worked as a craftsman at Shaker Village. He was an Army veteran of WWII and a member of the Eller’s Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors other than his wife include: four daughters, Ruth Ann Thompson of Lexington, KY, Linda (Charles) Mattingly of Harrodsburg, KY, Connie (David) Patrick of Harrodsburg, KY, Vicki (Eddie) Tewmey of Harrodsburg, KY; and one son, William Lee (Kathleen) Curtsinger of Danville, KY, and a step daughter: Susan Stratton Pryor of Bowling Green, KY; 11 grandchildren; 2 step grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Thomas Russell Curtsinger III, one grandchild, and one great grandchild. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Kenneth Whitehouse. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are Jason Tewmey, Aaron Thompson, Charles Patrick II, Tracy Cerise, Tommy and John Willie Watts.. Visitation will be Saturday, December 30 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY. Memorial contributions may be sent to American Heart Association, P.O.
