Obituary of Robert Lee “Bobby” Sheperson

Robert Lee “Bobby” Sheperson, age 71, Harrodsburg, husband of Patricia Ann Rice Sheperson, died Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Saint Joseph Hospital, Lexington, KY. Born November 21, 1935 in Bohon, KY, he was the son of Lela (Burns) Sheperson and the late Robert Sheperson. He was retired from Square D and a member of the Bohon Church of Christ. Survivors include: his mother: Lela Burns Sheperson; his wife: Patricia Ann (Rice) Sheperson, two daughters: Cheryl (Bob) Beach of Bowling Green, KY and Susan Sheperson of Owensboro; two sons: Gary Sheperson of Lewiston, ME and Danny Sheperson of Harrodsburg, KY; a sister: Vena Preston of Harrodsburg, KY; and one brother: Gerald Sheperson of Harrodsburg, KY; Four Grandchildren, Gary T. Sheperson, Denise Sheperson, Deanna Sheperson and Billy G. Sheperson. Predeceased by two brothers: Vincent and Connie Gene Sheperson Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 7 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Lewis Walter and John David Lane. Burial will be in the Bohon Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Scott Sheperson, Alex Poulter, Jerry Gray, Jim Burns, Bob Beach and Chris Freeman. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 6, 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Wednesday prior to Service at Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be sent to Charity of One’s Choice.
