Vickie Ann Hume, age 46, Gresston, GA, died Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at the Taylor Regional Hospital, Hawkinsville, GA.
Born October 13, 1960 in Danville, KY, she was the daughter of George Dewey and Katherine (Reed) Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of Gresston Baptist Church . Besides her parents she is survived by her husband: Dr. J. R. Hume, one daughter: Rachel Katherine Ann Hume; a new born son: Joseph Daniel Hume, three sisters: Rita Brown, Paula Davis, and Kathy Brown, and four brothers: Kimsey, Ronnie, Jeff, and Roger Brown; Father-in-law, James (Norma) Hume. Predeceased by a child Jamie Noel Hume, and Mother-In-Law: Mary K. Hume.
Funeral services will be conducted 01:30 PM, Saturday, April 21 at the Fellowship Baptist Church by Randy McPheron and Dr. J. R. Hume. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Visitation will be Friday, April 20 from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, at Ransdell Funeral Chapel and at the Church after 12 Noon Saturday.
