Obituary of Hestell Robinson

HESTELL ROBINSON Hestell Robinson, age 93, 562 Aspen Hall Drive, widow of Hobert Robinson died Friday, August 29th at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center. Born March 26, 1910 in Mercer County, she was the daughter of the late Ulysses and Bertha Carpenter Foster, a homemaker and a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church. Survivors include a daughter-in-law, Ann Robinson, Harrodsburg; two grandchildren Donna Robinson Holiday, Harrodsburg and Lee W. Robinson, Louisville. She was preceded in death by a son Don W. Robinson. Graveside funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM Sunday, August 31st in the Spring Hill Cemetery by Don Chase with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery. There will be no visitation. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Harrodsburg Christian Church. Pallbearers are Edwin Freeman, Marshall Freeman, Lafon Darland, Frank Trisler, Henry Anness, Todd Warner, Briscoe White, “Rags” Robert Gritton, and Steven Bailey. Honorary bearers are member of the Christian Workers Sunday School Class. The Ransdell Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
