Lois Shifflett, age 81, 417 Main St., Salvisa, widow of Alvin Lee Shifflett, died Wednesday, July 18, 2007 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born February 11, 1926 in Mercer Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late William Earl and Leona (Collier) Smith. She was a retired Heritage Hall caregiver and a member of the Salvisa Methodist Church.
Survivors include: one daughter, Vicki Sue Tyler of Salvisa, KY; one son, Connie Shifflett of Salvisa, KY; one sister, Elsie Mae Hahn of Salvisa, KY; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 21, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Jack Smith with burial in the Lawrenceburg Cemetery.
Pallbearers are David Tyler, Jason Tyler, Greg Hammons, Justin Shifflett, Timmy Taylor, Jeff Harper, Ricky Lane, Cameron Winburn, and Josh Bowman.
Visitation will be 5 to 8 PM Friday and Saturday prior to Service at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
