Bessie Louise Taylor, age 54, 149 Providence Rd., Harrodsburg, wife of Larry Ray Taylor Taylor, died Saturday, September 1, 2007 at her home. Born August 4, 1953 in Lawrenceburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Goodloe Thomas and Gladys (Milburn) Peach. She was a retired Modine Co. employee and a member of the Joseph Chapel United Methodist Church and the Gideons International. Other survivors include: one daughter: Kristi Louise Teachey and one son: Lawrence Ray Taylor both of Harrodsburg, three sisters: Betty Sue Young and Aileen Russell both of Harrodsburg, Neomi Jean Powell of Lawrenceburg, and one brother: George Melvin Peach of Lawrenceburg, four grandchildren: Chelsea Renee Teachey, Mason Teachey, Zachary Taylor, Allyson Taylor. Predeceased by a brother: James David Peach. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 4 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Buddy Coleman and Gill Duffee, with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Tommy Peach, Michael Peach, Danny Waldridge, Jerry Waldridge, Roger Long, Jessie L. Spaulding. Honorary Bearers: Glenn Reynolds, Curtis Sherrow, Dalton Hendren, Darrell Agee, Guilford Waggener, Joe Harlow, Mark Edwards, and Howard Howells. Visitation will be Monday, September 3 after 5:00 PM and Tuesday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be sent to Joseph Chapel Church, Gideon Bible Fund or Heritage Hospice.
