Jesse W. Thomas, age 93, widower of Nancy Edith Thomas, died Monday, October 1, 2007 in Washington, DC.
Born January 2, 1914 in Jackson Springs, NC, he was the son of the late Calvin Ashley and Cora Belle Thomas. He served during World War II in the Army. He was a retired Master Sergeant for the US Army and a member of the Salvisa Methodist Church.
Jesse is survived by a son: Joe A. Thomas of Key Largo, FL.
Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 PM, Friday, October 5 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Visitation will be Friday, October 5 from 10:00 AM until service time at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
