MAUDE EVELYN MIKUS

Maude Evelyn Mikus, age 96, Quitman, GA, formerly of Harrodsburg, died Sunday, September 21st at the Presbyterian Home in Quitman. Born August 31, 1907 in Harrodsburg she was the daughter of the late John and Aurora Peavler Harlow, the widow of Hobert Browning and Henry Mikus and was a homemaker.

Survivors include two daughters, Virginia Doler and Ruth Goldstein, both of Georgia, a half-brother, Delbert “Peanut” Harlow, Salvisa, two half-sisters, Beatrice Hardin, Harrodsburg and Georgia Holley, Akron, OH.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM Thursday, September 25th in the Burgin Memorial Gardens by Rev. Mike Hamby. Burial will be in the Burgin Memorial Gardens. There will be no visitation. The Ransdell Funeral Chapel is in charge of local arrangements.
