Eunice E. Tyler, age 89, Harrodsburg, widow of Shelby B. Tyler, died Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY.
Born March 8, 1918 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Price and Mary Catherine Elliott. She was a retired American Greetings Customer Service Representative and a member of the Bruners Chapel Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday School and Bible School for many years. She was also a former 4-H Leader and Modern Woodmen Junior Leader and member of the Rose Hill Homemakers Club.
Survivors include; one son: Shelby (Jeanetta) Toby Tyler of Harrodsburg, three Grandchildren: Shelby Keith Tyler; Kelly Tyler; Kevin Tyler; Five Great Grandchildren, a Special Friend: Donna Eaves. Predeceased by four brothers: Ralph, Clellan, Virgil, and Edwin Elliott, and a sister: Genevieve Elliott McCandless.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Sunday, November 4 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Don Reed with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Visitation will be Saturday, November 3 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Sunday prior to Service.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Haggin Memorial Hospital Extended Care or Gideon Memorial Bibles
