Obituary of Betty Sue Harmon

Betty Sue Harmon, age 72, Stratton Road, Salvisa, widow of James W. Harmon, died Friday, November 30, 2007 at her home.
Born November 11, 1935 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late Roy Hollis and Arbie (Stratton) Drury. She retired from the Department Of Revenue and a member of the Mayo Christian Church.
Survivors include: a daughter: Holly Ballard of Lawrenceburg, KY and three sons: Steve Ransdell and Mike Ransdell of Salvisa, KY; and Danny Ransdell of Lawrenceburg, KY; Seven Grandchildren; Four Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers: Roy Edwards and Robert Drury.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Tuesday, December 4 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Jerry Perry and burial will be in the Mayo Christian Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Stephen Ransdell, Tim Ransdell, Brian Sallee, Justin Ransdell, Jason Ransdell and Clayton Lewis. Honorary Bearers are: Lou Bugg, Brandy Ransdell, Lauren Ballard, Dorothy Johnson and Daniel Ransdell,
Visitation will be Monday, December 3 from 5- 8 PM and prior to Service Tuesday.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Mayo Christian Building Fund or Heritage Hospice.
