Connie B. Horn, age 79, 902 Oatfield Road, Harrodsburg, husband of Chloe Gertrude (Lester) Horn, died Saturday, January 5, 2008 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born October 21, 1928 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of the late L.B. and Mable (Lester) Horn. He served during Korean war in the Army. Connie had served as a Deacon and Sunday School Teacher at 1st. Baptist for many years. He was a self employed farmer. Other survivors include: two daughters: Marcella Susan (Jonathan) Baldwin of Bowling Green, Melinda Lee (Donnie) Sexton of Burgin, one sister: Christine Montgomery of Harrodsburg, grandchildren: Russ Baldwin, Lewis & Brian Sexton. Predeceased by two brothers: W.A. Billy Horn, Harold J. Horn.
Funeral services will be conducted 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 8 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Tim Mathis and Tony Pike with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Russ Baldwin, Lewis Sexton, Brian Sexton, Bud Sexton, Eddie Russell, Bill Marks.
Visitation will be Monday, January 7 after 5:00 PM and Tuesday prior to Service.
Memorial contributions may be sent to 1st. Baptist Church of Danville.
