Obituary of Eddie Carey

Stanley E. "Eddie" Carey, age 61, Harrodsburg, husband of Rosetta Logue Carey, died Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born October 17, 1946 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of Clara Opal Brown Carey and the late James Everett Carey. He was a retired supervisor at Bendix Automotive in Frankfort, and a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church and was recently attending Southside Christian.
Other survivors include: a daughter: Stacy Carey and two sons: Johnny L. Cox, and James Carey, one sister: Ann Carey all of Harrodsburg, two grandchildren: John Morgan Cox; and Jaycie Cox.
Funeral services will be conducted 1 PM, Saturday, May 3 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Bobby Logue with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Freddie Bottom, Joe Burton, Arvid Tackett, Vernon House, Jim Bechtel, Neil Reed, Joe Warner, and Patrick Goodlett.
Visitation will be Friday, May 2 from 5-8 pm and Saturday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
