Letitia M. Rue, age 82, Harrodsburg, wife of Leslie Rue, died Wednesday, July 23, 2008 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born January 22, 1926 in Mercer County, KY, she was the daughter of the late Ralph and Lillian (Bonta) Mitchell. She was a homemaker and partner in the Rue Insurance Agency and a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church.
Survivors include: her husband, Leslie Rue; two daughters, Tish (Bruce) Rudd of Cadiz, KY, and Jane (Andy) Rice of Danville, KY; three grandsons, Bruce Rudd Jr., Billy Hargis Jr. and Todd Hargis; three great grandchildren, Jacob Rudd, Jackson Hargis and Ella Rue Hargis. She was predeceased by a brother: Kenneth Mitchell.
Funeral services will be conducted 11AM, Saturday, July 26 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Tish Rudd. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Bruce Rudd Jr., Billy Hargis Jr., Todd Hargis, Charles Lewis, Ronnie Miller and Art Baker,
Visitation will be Friday, July 25 from 5-7 PM and Saturday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
