Obituary of Adam Dale Moore

Adam Dale Moore, age 17, Harrodsburg, Moore, died Thursday, September 18, 2008 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, KY. Born May 2, 1991 in Harrodsburg, KY, he was the son of Theresa Sparks and Harvey Moore. He was a student at Mercer County Senior High School. Survivors include: his mother, Theresa Lynn Sparks of Harrodsburg, and his father and step mother, Harvey and Patricia Moore of Washington County; a sister, Mary Sparks, and a brother, Earl Moore, both of Harrodsburg; Maternal Grandfather, Earl Sparks of Harrodsburg; Paternal Grandmother, Alice Boswell Moore, Elliott Co.; Paternal Grandfather, Harvie Moore Sr., Elliott County; Great Grandmother, Gertie Peters, Elliott Co.; four Uncles, Robert (Kathy) Sparks, Jerry (Kecia) Sparks, Darren Moore, and Nicholas Moore; three Aunts, Eva Sparks, Tammy Hammock, Melissa Randolph; and a special friend, Mike Cornish. Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Sunday, September 21 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be Saturday, September 20 from 5-9 pm and Sunday prior to Service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel. Pallbearers are Mike Cornish, Earl oore, Ronnie Devine, John Randolph, Darren Moore, and Michael Louallen. Honorary bearers are Steven, Ryan, and Terry Turner, and Mike and Timmy Sparks.
