Obituary of Donna Riley

Donna Riley, age 64, 118 Spice St., Salvisa, wife of Hobert "Buddy" Riley, died Friday, October 17, 2008 at her home in Salvisa, KY.
Born February 7, 1944 in Louisville, KY, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Mary Oleta (Hornback) Messex. She was a former Austin Nichols & Wild Turkey employee and was a Baptist by faith.
Other survivors include: three daughters; Debie Massingill and Devonda (John) Norton, both of Salvisa, KY, and Jennifer (Mark) Freeman of Harrodsburg, KY; six sons; Walter (Debbie Holt) Riley of Lawrenceburg, KY, Hobert "Hobie" (Susie Peel) Riley, Darryl (Becky McNear) Riley, Jeff (Brenda Nichols) Riley, Timmy (Donna Sea) Riley, and Terry (Hope Harris) Riley, all of Salvisa, KY; a mother-in-law, Frances Mueller; and a sister-in-law, Dolly Wade. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Ricky and Ronnie Messex, a sister, Carolyn Messex, and a grandson, Justin Norton.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 PM, Monday, October 20 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by George Dye and Kenny Wade. Burial will be in the Sand Springs Cemetery, Lawrenceburg.
Pallbearers are: Stedman Norton, Hobie Riley, Josh Riley, Michael Riley, Shawn Riley, Nathan Norton, Austin Freeman, Joseph Riley, and Andrew Riley.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 19 after 4:00 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
