Obituary of Kenneth Palmer

Kenneth Palmer, 71, 1563 Lexington Rd., Harrodsburg, husband of Peggy Watts Palmer, died Thursday, February 12, 2009 at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY.
Born June 13, 1937 in Shelbyville, IN, he was the son of the late James Phillips and Stella (Frances) Palmer. He was a carpenter & farmer, served in the National Guard, and was a member of the Pioneer Baptist Church.
Survivors other than his wife include: one daughter, Debbie Brown of Lexington, KY; two sons, Jeff Palmer of Harrodsburg, KY, and Harold (Carol) Palmer of Lexington, KY; one brother, Jerry (Wanda) Butler of Jamestown, TN; four grandchildren, Ashley Lay and Todd, Tristan, and Skyler Palmer; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will 2 PM Sunday at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Andrew Dyer and Milward Dedman with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Freddie Bottoms, Johnny Johnson, Donnie Hampton, Mark Stigall, Larry Miller and Keith Miller. Honorary Bearers are Milward Dedman and Jerry Mobley
Visitation will be Saturday, February 14th, from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
