Barbara Jean Hall, age 68, 510 Ashley Dr., Harrodsburg,wife of James Hall, Harrodsburg, died Monday, May 11, 2009 at the Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center, Danville, KY.
Born November 1, 1940 in Harrodsburg, KY, she was the daughter of the late George and Dorothy (Steele) Phillips. She was a homemaker and a member of the Fellowship Baptist Church.
Other survivors include: two daughters, Carroll Ann (Bill) Sanders of Harrodsburg, KY, and Brenda Lee (Donnie) Bullington of Morristown, TN; two sons, Brian Keith Hall of Burgin, KY, and James Douglas Hall of Harrodsburg, KY; two sisters, Geraldine (Bob) Devary of Hodgenville, KY, and Brenda (Wayne) Steele of Harrodsburg, KY; four brothers, Donnie Phillips of Harrodsburg, KY, Ronnie (Linda) Phillips of Salvisa, KY, Tony (Sharon) Phillips of Harrodsburg, KY, George (Margaret) Phillips of Louisville, KY; 6 grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Shawn Douglas Hall, and a sister, Doris Ann Hall.
Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 14 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by James Harley and Rick Snyder. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: David Pike, Cody Pike, Wayne Steele, Billy Sanders, Donnie Bullington, and Walter Price.
Visitation will be Wednesday, May 13 from 5-8 pm and Thursday prior to service at Ransdell Funeral Chapel.
