Obituary of Eloise Woods

Eloise G. Woods, age 74, of Salvisa, widow of James A. Woods, died Friday, June 19, 2009 at the Harrodsburg Health Care Center. She was the daughter of the late Thurman and Ruth Lillian (Sanders) Goodlett. She was a former secretary for North Mercer Water District and also was a former employee of Cricketeer Manufacturing Co. and was a caregiver. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two sons: Herbert (Teresa) Ashton and James A. Woods, III. both of Salvisa; Grandchildren: Andy Ashton; Suni Carol Ashton; James Logan Woods; Joshua Brent Woods; and several Nieces & Nephews. She was predeceased by a sister: Josephine Devine, and two brothers: Truman & A. E. Goodlett.
Graveside services will be conducted 10:30 AM, Monday, June 22 at the Spring Hill Cemetery by Rev. Joe Cooper.
Pallbearers: Herbert Ashton, James A. Woods, III, Andy Ashton, Suni Carol Ashton, James Logan Woods, Joshua Brent Woods.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 21 from 4-6pm at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg.
