Obituary of James McDaniel

James McDaniel, age 72, Salvisa, husband of Kimberly Hume McDaniel, died Friday, July 31, 2009 at his home. Born November 26, 1936 in Richmond, KY, he was the son of the late Homer and Alma (Coffee) McDaniel. He served during the Army National Guard for some thirty-eight years. Survivors include: his wife: Kim McDaniel, two daughters: Karen Meekins, and Cindy Turner both of Versailles, KY and two sons: James McDaniel, Jr. of Versailles, and Scott McDaniel of Lexington, KY; one sister: Marie Kinley of Indianapolis, IN; Step Son, Roger Alan Patton of Versailles, and a step Daughter: Crystal Woods of Harrodsburg, and seven grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted 02:00 PM, Tuesday, August 4 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
