Mary Gladys Sanders, 88, of Louisville, formerly of Harrodsburg, widow of Marcus Gilbert Sanders, died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at her home in Louisville.
Born February 11, 1921 in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Madgie Darnell Drury.
She was a homemaker and a member of Antioch Christian Church and attended Cloverleaf Baptist Church.
Survivors include: two sisters, Corina (Garland) Hoskins of Harrodsburg, Lelia Satterly; and a brother: Luther (Jean) Drury of Bardstown; three nieces and two nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 12, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Rev. Geoffrey Lacefield. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday, September 11, from 4-8 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
