MARVIN EUGENE CLARK Marvin E. Clark, 75, 766 Catlett Road, husband of Fern L. Keeling Clark, died Thursday, November 6, 2003 at the Ephriam McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville. Born February 14, 1928 in Greens Fork, Indiana, he was the son of the late Clarence and Loraine Kenny Clark. He was a retired mechanical engineer for the Eaton Manufacturing Plant, Harrodsburg; was a WWII Navy Veteran, a 32nd Degree Mason of the Mercer Masonic Lodge 777 F & AM, member of the Oleika Shrine Temple, member of the Wilderness Shrine Club, member of the Scottish Rite, was a Pioneer of Harrodsburg, a Kentucky Colonel, member of the American Model Plane Association, was a pilot, designed the first automobile air conditioner, was the Chief Engineer for the Ford Motor Co. for several years, worked on the Limousine formerly used by President John F. Kennedy, and was a member of the Harrodsburg Christian Church. Survivors, other than his wife, include three sons, Kirk Allen Clark, Los Angeles, David Duane Clark, Frankfort, and Max Edward Clark, Harrodsburg; one daughter, Patricia Ann Lewis, Harrodsburg; twelve grand children, and 1 great grandchild. Memorial services will be conducted 1:30 pm Saturday, November 7 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Don Chase. Visitation will be after 12:30 pm Saturday at the chapel. Memorials are suggested to the Shriners’ Crippled Children Hospital, Lexington.
