Chyrel Faye Akins, 56, Harrodsburg, KY, died Thursday at her home.
Born in Harrodsburg, April 16, 1953, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Opal Bottoms Settles.
Mrs. Akins was a homemaker and member of Kirkwood Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband: Danny Lee Akins one daughter: Deana Hawkins, one sister: Linda Proctor of Harrodsburg, and three brothers: Randall Settles of Salvisa, Mike Settles of Harrodsburg, and Gary B. Settles of Danville, a Grandson, Christopher Lee Akins.
Memorial service will be held Saturday 1:00 pm at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be sent to Heritage Hospice.
