Obituary of Penny Webb Wittwer

Penny Webb Wittwer, age 63, Beaumont Ave, Harrodsburg, died Friday, December 18, 2009 at her home. Born February 4, 1946 in Ashland, KY, she was the daughter of the late Freeman S. and Rosalie (Carrington) Webb. She was past Executive Director of United Way of Mercer County and was a member of the United Presbyterian Church, Harrodsburg. Survivors include: one daughter, Julie Wittwer (Jon) Zivony of Atlanta, GA; one son, Clay Carrington (Kerry) Wittwer of Atlanta, GA; one sister, Suzanne Webb Johnson of Knoxville, TN; a nephew, Phillip (Missy) Johnson, Knoxville; a niece, Elizabeth Johnson, Knoxville; a grandson, Samuel Zivony; and a granddaughter due in January. Funeral services were 1:00 PM, Monday, December 21, at the United Presbyterian Church by Andy & Stephanie Wing and Hadden Dean. With burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers: Chuck Dedman, Nick Dedman, Dixon Dedman, Clay Whitenack, Danny Mobley, and Mike Matherly. Visitation was Sunday, December 20 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
