Obituary of James Thomas Taylor

James Thomas Taylor, age 71, 447 Henry Robinson Rd., Harrodsburg, husband of Hazel Deloris Miller Taylor, died Sunday, January 3, 2010 at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY.
Born January 25, 1938 in Liberty, KY, he was the son of the late Herbert and Effie Marie (Lynn) Taylor. He was a retired farmer and Mercer County School Bus Driver.
Other survivors include: one son, James Edward (Chris Manning) Taylor of Harrodsburg, KY; one sister, Geraldine Webb of Lake City, FL; one half sister, Shirley Timmins of Marion, IL; two grandchildren and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Wednesday, January 6 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Henry Johnson with burial in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg.
Pallbearers are: Clifton Prewitt, Steve Burberry, Jim Taylor, Bruce Latham, Tim Short, and Larry Molnar. Honorary are: Mike Preston, Barbara Hawkins, George Gibson, Cathie Holt, Charlie Baker, and Genevieve Hensley.
Visitation will be Tuesday, January 5 from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
