Obituary of Lillian T. Maynard

Lillian T. Maynard, age 87, Harrodsburg, died Sunday, January 17, 2010 at the Haggin Memorial Hospital, Harrodsburg, KY. Born June 11, 1922 in North Springfield, PA, she was the daughter of the late Adelbert Calab and Pearl Mae (Swift) Hall. She was a homemaker and a member of the Eller’s Memorial Baptist Church. Survivors include: two daughters: Mary Deborah Glenn of Sandy, UT, Norma Mitchell of Darby, MT and two sons: Richard Owen and Paul Owen both of San Diego, CA; two sisters: Evelyn Hays of Harrodsburg, KY, Ruth Tipton of CA; ; Thirteen Grandchildren; Twenty Two Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by James Owen, Charles Hall, Monroe Hall, Alford Hall, Mary Lewis, Ruby Jacoby, Lula Gee and Caroline Barris. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 PM, Tuesday, January 19 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Kenneth Whitehouse and Doug Wesley. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Pallbearers are: Jack Sheperson, Daniel Mattingly, Tyler Isaacs, Chris Miles, Johnny Spears and Jesse Thomas. Honorary Bearers are: Tony Pinkston, Thomas Young, Danny Young, John Spears, Ivan Isaacs and Dr. Leonard Rice Visitation will be Tuesday, January 19 from 12 noon at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
