Obituary of Dorothy Mae Brockman

Dorothy Mae Brockman, age 77, Danville, widow of Joseph Ernest Brockman, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at her home.
Born August 2, 1932 in Shelbyville, IN, she was the daughter of the late James Ervin and Stella McDonald Phillips. She was a retired cook and a member of the Central Baptist Church of Winchester.
Survivors include: two daughters: Sharon Byrd of Orange Park, FL, and Patty Caldwell of Lancaster, KY; three sons, Larry (Joyce) Phillips of Waynesburg, KY, Mike Brockman and Greg Brockman, both of Winchester, KY; two sisters, Ruth Bailey of Harrodsburg, KY, and Betty Jo-Ann Hardin of Bloomfield, KY; three brothers, James E. Phillips, Jr. of Louisville, KY, Donald Phillips of Springfield, KY, and Paul Phillips of Willisburg, KY; eight grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 AM, Friday, February 12, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Gary Story. Burial will be in the Lebanon National Cemetery at 2:30 PM.
Pallbearers are Aaron Byrd, Justin Caldwell, Chase Brockman, Larry Miller, Keith Miller, Bruch Devine, Jeff Palmer, and Larry Wilham.
Visitation will be Thursday, February 11, from 5 - 8 PM at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
