Lorraine Scott, age 89, Burgin, wife of C.B. Scott, died Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at the Charleston Health Care Center, Danville, KY.
Born December 2, 1920 in Washington County, she was the daughter of the late Gilbert and Lillie (Royalty) Leonard. She was a retired seamstress from Palm Beach and a member of the Burgin Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her husband: C.B. Scott, one daughter: Judy (Jimmie) Hawthorne of Lexington, KY; one brother: M.W. "Bill" Leonard of Louisville, KY.
Funeral services will be 2 PM, Saturday, February 13 at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel by Carl McCray. Burial will be in the Burgin Memorial Garden.
Visitation will be Friday, February 12 from 5 - 8 PM and prior to the service on Saturday, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, Harrodsburg, KY.
Memorial contributions may be sent to Burgin Baptist Church Choir.
