I extend my sympathy to all of Mary's family. My mother, Fannie Bishop, and brother, George Omer Bishop, and I shopped at her Dish Barn early on and throughout the years. She was always so friendly and often I would sit and talk with her. My daughter, Janice was so fond of her, too. I stopped at the Hospital's Extended Care to see her, but she didn't respond. May she rest in peace.

In my entire life, I have only heard my dad, Hissel Smith - Mary's brother, say one cross word about Aunt Susie (as we called her). Being twelve years older than he was, she took him to church on Sunday's. His complaint was that "she always dressed me in those short britches to go to church and I don't like short britches - didn't back then and still don't". If that's the only thing that your little brother can think of against you - then you've lived a pretty great life. Rest in Peace Aunt Susie - you gave peace to many throughout your life.
