Jo, as I’m sure you know Bill and I share many memories from way back in our summers together when I visited my Aunt and Uncle and then my school year there in the senior year. We became best friends and then lost track after graduating because I joined the Army and he the Air Force. We reconnected years later after I found him on Classmates and have been back in touch ever since until getting the news of his passing which has upset me terribly because now I have lost two loves in my life. My husband 9 years ago and now my friend. Rest In Pease Dear One

“Tex” and I were on many accident and fire scenes together when I was Sheriff. I called Burgin Rescue out one afternoon to help dig out a family dog that was trapped on a rocky bank in Herrington Woods. Bill was one of the first ones to show up. We saved the dog. Rest In Peace my friend.
