I worked with Willie at Hitachi, he loved playing jokes there as well, he could always make a 12 hour shift not seem so long. Willie was a hard worker and loved his family more than anything. He will be missed for sure.

Willie, you taught me workplace skills and customs that enabled me to be productive, in spite of being hospitalized with colitis and having 8 inches of my sigmoid colon removed, for eight years enabling me to be vested and enabling me to earn an associate's degree in architectural engineering and earn a decent living elsewhere after our work at Lexmark literally went south. I more than survived and prospered thanks to you.

Willie was my first supervisor at Lexmark. He was such a great guy and jokester. When I started on the sideline he would always come over and talk to us. I think there was a time of about 2 weeks straight where we both would tell at least 2 or 3 jokes each a night. He was always so gracious about pranks. I remember so many nights of him getting a paper sign on his back. But the one thing I remember the most was him talking about Renee and the kids. How lucky he was and how much he loved them. Thank you Renee for sharing him with all of us. He made our lives better for knowing him. Keeping you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I haven’t seen Willie in about 20 years. What a fine fella to have known. I worked with him at Lexmark. He was supervisor and great at it I remember that we had a great team and lots of laughs. It was a fun job, seems like everyone was happy.
