I am sorry, I have just found out about the loss of Mrs. Peavler. She was our neighbor for several years while my son (Ely) was growing up. My own mother passed away when Ely was 5. Mrs. Peavler stepped right in as a bonus grandmother and treated him like all of her other grandchildren. Including making him a 50 state quarter set that he treasures to this day. Not a holiday went by that she didn’t make sure he had a gift, or snacks, and always a hug. I am thankful for Mrs. Peavler and the love she showed my son.

Brenda and David,
I was sorry to hear of your Mother's passing. I spoke to her often when she was at home. She was always working in her flowers out front. Memories of when Dorthey Sanders use to watch us and of course I was always the worse child she babysit...lol. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
