I worked with Mary at the Kentucky Department of Education and loved her as no one else in the Department. I worked closely with her for several years and treasure that time. I’m devestated she has passed and I have not been in contact with her for several months. Her passing has left a huge hole within me and I know how she was loved by so many. Mary, may you be resting within the arms of Jesus and I pray the time will come where we can be together again like old times. You were so special and I loved you tremendously.

I have many fond memories of with Mary as a young child camping and later in life when I became a young adult and rode to and from Frankfort with her. Mary was lovely individual and always enjoyed conversations about her family. My heart and prayers are with you through this difficult time.

I know her name was Mary Agnes but, her mama called her Ag and so did the rest of the family so for the past 55 years I have called her Ag. We always had a good time together. I remember one day we were just out we ended up with me at the beauty school. We were asking what all they did and how much it cost. Then we went to the Steak and Shake and had lunch. We must have stayed in there a hour or more. We got tickled over something and I thought we better leave before we got kicked out. I am going to miss her so much. She was like my sister, I’m going to be loss without her. Leona Royalty Berg
