Clarice M. Hatcher, age 95, of Harrodsburg, widow of Dr. Charles Hatcher, died Monday, May 13, 2024 , in Lexington, KY. Born February 27, 1929 in Perry Co., KY, she was the daughter of the late Allison and Lucy (Rawlings) Miniard.

She was a retired school teacher, and was a member of Harrodsburg Baptist Church where she taught Sunday School, was member of the WMU, and started English Class for local Japanese Internationals.

She is survived by: two daughters, Jean (James) Williamson of Georgetown, KY and Claire (Ron) Pearl of Lexington, KY; one sister: Bernice Conrad of Bridgeport, WV; four grandchildren, Eric (Mandy) Williamson, Emily (Josh) Futrell, Ryan (Susan) Pearl and Tareasa Harrell; great grandchildren, Isabella Williams, Aiden Williamson , Carter Williamson, Blair Futrell, Grayson Futrell , Lily Pearl, Weston Pearl, Hallie Pearl, Caleb Pearl, Shelby(Garvo) Lanette, Ashlyn Sexton, & Kenna Harrell; great great grandchild, Charlie Lanette. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Irene Miniard, Ruth Owen, and Christine Loudy.

Funeal services will be 1:00 pm on Friday, May 17, 2024, at the Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 East Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg. Visitation will be Friday, May 17 from 11AM - 1PM at Ransdell’s.

Pallbearers are James Williamson, Eric Williamson, Aiden Williamson, Josh Futrell, Ron Pearl, & Ryan Pearl.

Honorary pallbearers are William Hatcher, Dayton Hatcher, Daniel Hatcher, Craig Hatcher, Mike Eicher, Jonathan Eicher, & Marion Miniard.
