Jeffery Paul Gullett, age 61, husband of Marsha (Cornish) Gullett, of Harrodsburg KY, died Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at home. Born May 26, 1963 in Harrodsburg, KY, to the late Melvin Paul and Florence (Pike) Gullett. Jeff has been employed by JRR Motor Sports since 2005, and loved every single minute of it. Dirt Track Racing was something Jeff lived for along with his family and his granddaughters. If you could describe Jeff in three words it would be; Grandbabies, family and racing. He was a member of New Day Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife: Marsha Gullett and one daughter: Callie (Billy) Brooke Phillips; two sisters: Debbie (Bobby) Newton and Angie (Tim) Moore; two Granddaughters, Briley & Baylin Phillips; two nephews: Bryan (Kait) Moore and Kris (Chelsea) Newton; and one niece, Preslee Moore.
The funeral will be held 1:30 pm on Friday, September 13 at Ransdell Funeral Chapel, 345 E Lexington Street, Harrodsburg, KY with Brother Bob officiating. Burial will follow in Spring Hill Cemetery, Harrodsburg KY. Visitation will be at Ransdell Funeral Chapel on Thursday September 12 from 4pm-9pm.
Pallbearers: Jason Jameson, Jake Powell, Tony Rowland, Daulton Wilson, Corey Milburn, Munk Lee, Tim Tungate and Justin Rattliff. Honorary Pallbearers: James Rattliff, Bob Wolter Sr., Ronnie “Curley” Dunagan, Timmy Yeager, Billy Moore, Willie Posey, Terry Smith, Dale Spurling and Willie Rattliff.
