I just found out a few months ago that Wayne has passed on and I was naturally most shocked and saddened by his tragic and sudden passing. I served with Wayne and he was always the life of the party and he as also a very professional MI officer. I am sorry that he is gone and that I only discovered his passing in 2015. Rest in peace Wayne.
